Is it ok to be a bully pastor?

This is part of why I cringe when people tell me they listen to Driscoll. So much good stuff mixed with a little bit of poison. Almost like a dead fly in a bottle of ointment I guess..

Despite his flaws, Driscoll has leadership qualities lacking in modern ministers. Reading "Failure of Nerve" by Edwin Friedman. Driscoll actually understands leadership and is a great example, which is why he gets the guys listening. He knows what men need, he just needs to curb the motormouth. Doug Wilson is another great example, without Driscoll's flaws. In fact, you can catch them together:
